In this newly created management role, Vincent is responsible for traditional accounting functions, internal and external financial reporting, and financial planning and analysis.

Vincent joins The Planet from Hercules Offshore, where he served as vice president and corporate controller.  With Hercules, he was responsible for accounting controls, SEC reporting, compliance and information technology.  Vincent also spent seven years with Dell, Inc. in a series of increasingly responsible financial roles.  He served as controller for Dell?s state and local government business; senior manager for corporate internal audit; and as a senior consultant for the company?s U.S. consumer group.

Prior experience also includes a six-year tenure with Cooper Industries, Inc., and additional financial roles with Cardinal Health and Tenneco, Inc.

Vincent earned a B.B.A. in finance and international business from The University of Texas.  He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
